1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. User Eligibility

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

roll996 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Funds may only be deposited into your roll996 account using a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the same user's name.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses can only be used on the roll996 platform and cannot be transferred.
• roll996 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through dishonest means or in violation of these terms.
• Users who use more than one account to claim bonuses will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.
• The roll996 VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%). Tier advancement depends on gaming activity and user loyalty.

7. Game Rules

All games available on roll996 are operated in accordance with the rules and procedures set by their respective game providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.

• Any technical failure during a game session that results in an invalid outcome will be handled in accordance with the policies of the game provider and roll996.

roll996 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting certain cases to the relevant authorities, should any of the above be violated.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

roll996 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraud, identity falsification or unauthorised use of personal information.
• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Money laundering activity or any transaction suspected to be unlawful.
• Use of multiple accounts or attempts to exploit the bonus system.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation (at the user's own request or for operational reasons), any valid cash balance will be returned to the user after a review has been completed.

10. Limitation of Liability
